Yamanashi designs and develops firefighting pumps and automatic sprinkler systems that comply with European and Malaysian standards. They offer firefighting systems that can be composed of pumps connected to electric motors or diesel engines, with a jockey pump that maintains constant pressure in case of water leaks.
Yamanashi's technical skill allows them to operate in building and industrial fields, meeting the hardest specifications required by refineries, petrochemical industries, and offshore, platform, and onshore plants. The jockey pump stops automatically when pressure is restored. The diesel engine includes a starter motor, fuel system, lubricating system, exhaust system, and is mounted on a strong common base frame of mild steel that is painted red.

With the aim of reducing energy consumption and therefore CO2 emissions worldwide, the International Electro technical Commission (IES) has developed a new standard.
The IEC 60037-30-2008 rates 50 an 60 Hz asynchronous motors with a power range from 0.75 kW to 375kW in terms of their degree or class of efficiency, thereby taking the place of the earlier regulations which varied between different countries in Europe.
It also defines which motors are affected in different parts of the world, and what exceptions apply. In all member countries of the European Union, EU Regulation 640/2009 is definitive for application of the new standard.
The components of the insulation system are selected to ensure food protection. All meterials used for insulating the winding and winding ends correspond to insulating class F or H according to IEC standard.
The following defines the insulation class per IEC 60034-1 with max 40°C ambient temperature.
Standard Yamanashi-Denki motors are rated Class F with Class B temperature rise for single speed continuous duty, S1 condition.

The operating voltage and frequency has variation of + / - 5% can be accommondated with some de-rated performance as a consequence.
Yamanashi-Denki motors are suitable for DOL starting.
Motors up to 3kW are Star connected. Motors 4kW and above are Delta connected with 6 terminals for Star-Delta starting. In medium to large motors, the Star-Delta connection is more common for it can reduce the starting current by about 30%

The APB series are with two back to back impellers (with axial thrust balancing). It use is ideal for high head values where single impeller types are hard to reach. Suitable for civil and industrial boosting, fire fighting plants, flood irrigations, etc. It uses to pump clean water and chemically non-aggresive liquid. The LeApinepompa range of pumps complies fully to the international standard BS EN 733 (DIN 24255). This standard covers both performance and dimensions. This pump includes the back pull-out design, and when a suitable spacer coupling is fitted to a direct coupled unit, the casing and motor can remain in position while all other pump parts can be removed for simple and quick maintenance.

The volute casing is fitted with a replaceable wear ring and has a suction vane to give smooth flow into the double shrouded hydraulically balanced impeller. Only four shaft assemblies are required to cover the total range, and this gives many common interchangeable parts for pumps fitted to the same shaft.

Standard pump is fitted with a packed stuffing box incorporating a lantern ring which includes internal flushing by the liquid being pumped, or can be converted to external flushing, and all of these pumps can be fitted with a mechanical seal. Pumps can be supplied as a bare shaft unit, or in many other arrangements, including complete with coupling, guard, baseplate, and either electric motor or engine.

MAXIMUM SPEED:-
Maximum directed coupled speed for pumps varies between 3500 RPM and 1750 RPM, depending upon pump size, and method of drive.
MAXIMUM PRESSURE:-
Maximum operating pressure 1600lPa. Maximum test pressure up to 2100kPa. (Maximum oressures will vary depends on particular pump model - higher ratings available on application).

LeApinepompa vertical high pressure centrifugal pump of inline design. PN 25 or with victaulic coupling with equally sized suction and discharge ports. All wetted contact parts are stainless steel. Stage construction with stainless steel impellers, diffusers and pressure casing. Pump stub shaft and motor spindle of the IEC-standards motors are directly closed coupled.
